Where is Jobz available?
We're booking across Abuja right now. We open one city at a time so quality stays consistent, and more cities are coming.
How fast can I get a cleaner?
When you confirm, your job goes out in real time to verified cleaners near you. How quickly someone accepts depends on demand in your area, and you'll see it in the app the moment they do.
Can I book for someone else, or when I'm not home?
Yes. Set the job location anywhere in the service area and add access instructions in the notes. You can follow the whole visit from your phone.
What services can I book?
Basic cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning and fumigation, for homes from studio apartments up to 5-bedroom duplexes. See the price guide.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel from the job screen. Whether you get a refund depends on how far the job has progressed; the app explains this before you confirm the cancellation.
Prices & payments
How is the price calculated?
It's based on your home size and the service you choose. You see the full price before you confirm, and it doesn't change afterwards.
How do I pay?
You can pay from your Jobz wallet or by bank transfer, all inside the app. There's no cash at the door, and we don't store your full card details.
Should I tip in cash?
You don't have to. The price you pay covers the job, and keeping payments in the app keeps everyone safer.
Safety
How are cleaners verified?
Each cleaner submits a government ID and a selfie, and a member of our operations team reviews the application before they can take jobs. Read more on our safety page.
What if something goes wrong during a visit?
Report it from the job screen or message support in the app, and our team will follow up. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 112 first.
For cleaners
How do I become a Jobz cleaner?
Download the app, sign up and choose to work as a cleaner. Submit your ID and a selfie, and once our team approves you, you can go online and start receiving jobs nearby.
How do I get paid?
You see the payout before you accept a job. When the job is complete, your earnings land in your Jobz wallet and you can withdraw them to your bank account.
Do I have to work fixed hours?
No. Go online when you want to work and offline when you don't.
Your account
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. You can also delete it on the web: visit Delete your account and confirm with a code sent to your phone.
Your name, phone number, email, photo and ID documents are erased. Records of completed jobs and payments are kept without your details, as the law requires.
How do I contact support?
Use support chat in the app, or the contact page. A person from our team reads every message.
